Ongoing maintenance

Holistic maintenance considering all guidelines and laws or manufacterer’s instructions. For example readjustment, lubrication, function-conserving cleaning, refilling of consumables and replacement of wearing parts.

Law-conform inspection reports

Our team compiles law-conform inspection reports for electrical,-lightning protection systems and ventilation.

Service/servicing and maintenance

Service and maintenance of all technical facilities and units completely independent from producers.
For example: heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, control technology, locksmithing
and services for: doors, windows, intercommunications systems, smoke- and heat extraction systems, sprinkler, fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, wet- and dry standpipes

IFM as expert for fire prevention

The self check according to TRVB O 120 involves the control and documentation of clear escape routes and the proper function of all escape route lamps, as weall as monthly functionality checks of safety lightning (pictograms). Our fire prevention officers are educated under the terms of TRVB O 117.

Tours of inspection

These inspections involve measures to determine and evaluate the actual state of your property. We perform these inspections according to the inspection cycle for the optimisation and planing of maintenances under the terms of DIN 31051.

Modular maintenance and service

Producer-independent service and maintenance of all service plants and units in different modules – from crash service to basic maintenance up to full maintenance:

  • Crash service: legal provisions are granted, concerns are discussed in advance and only preventive maintained (enhanced maintenance services) upon consultation. The goal is to achieve maximum cost efficiency.
  • Basic maintenance: all maintenance services are performed according to relevant guidelines, norms and manufacturer informations. Goal is the preservation of the target state.
  • Full maintenance: follows insurance contracts on a fixed lump sum. Includes maintenance, troubleshooting and all repair works including material. Goal is the preservation of the original value of all technical facilities and units.
